Account and Data Deletion
Last updated July 18, 2026 · Version 2026-07-18
You can request deletion of your GAMJA account even if you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in.
Request account deletion by emailHow to request deletion
Send a deletion request to the GAMJA support email shown on this page. Use the email address associated with your account when possible and include your display name, profile link or slug if known, and the last four digits of your registered phone number.
Never send an OTP code, password, full identity document, or private ownership evidence in the initial request.
Identity verification
Before deleting privacy-sensitive account data, GAMJA may ask you to verify control of the registered phone number by OTP or complete a support review when OTP is not available.
We will use verification information only to confirm the request and protect the account from unauthorized deletion.
What happens after verification
GAMJA will delete or de-identify the account profile, contact details, authentication sessions, push tokens, and personal data associated with the account unless a limited retention exception applies.
We will confirm the expected completion date after verification and notify you when the request has been completed.
Limited safety retention
Safety reports and enforcement records are retained for one year after the report is closed or the final action is taken, then deleted or de-identified.
Records needed for an active investigation, dispute, or legal obligation may be retained for the additional period required for that purpose. Access remains limited to authorized administrators.
